Here at DULCE BELLOSO BEAUTY we go to great lengths to ensure all products are in excellent condition.

However, we make many orders and have many clients around the world and human error can sometimes happen, we are a team and your wig goes through several hands (sewing, customization, dye and styling, shipping department... ) if you receive a defective product or you are not happy with any detail of your order we will be happy to change it and fix what is necessary.

Before placing your order, make sure you know all the details.
Changing your mind on an order that has already been placed is not allowed. A change will be possible if we have made a mistake and we have sent something that you have not requested, otherwise it would not be possible.
For the change to be possible due to our mistake, it must meet the following Conditions;

You must request the exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product (the wig) must be in its original condition, unused, without cutting the lace, without wearing it , and without any alteration. We cannot accept returned units that have been cut, tampered with or worn. Be careful when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace until you are satisfied.
Refunds of the amount paid will only be possible if we inform you that it is not possible to place your order if you have already paid . in other circumstances we offer solutions, changes or color adjustment, size adjustment in case the wrong one has arrived. but not the refund.

For the changes, a member of our team will contact you to send the shipping document back to Paris so that it can be attached to the package and sent back to us for the modifications.

Those who do not comply with our change policy will not be accepted.

In the event that the client wants something different from what she ordered, she will have to place a new order. We are not responsible for the indecisions or the lack of information or prior knowledge of the client before placing her order.

Shipment Tracking:

If you want to track your package, it is essential that you place your order in the online store, we do not promise to send you your location by other means.
