The product (the wig) must be in its original condition, unused, without cutting the lace, without wearing it , and without any alteration. We cannot accept returned units that have been cut, tampered with or worn. Be careful when unit testing and don't cut the lace until you're satisfied.
The refunds of the amount paid will only be possible if we inform you that it is not possible to offer a solution, then we will proceed to the refund. in other circumstances we offer solutions, changes or color adjustment, size adjustment in case the wrong one has arrived.
For the changes, a member of our team will contact you to send the shipping document back to Paris so that it can be attached to the package and sent back to us for the modifications.
Those who do not comply with our exchange policy will not be accepted.
In the event that the client wants something different from what she ordered, she will have to place a new order. We are not responsible for the indecisions or the lack of information or prior knowledge of the client before placing her order.
